Starting point: Clínicas Bocabulari contacts us to comprehensively renovate their corporate website. Their goal was to achieve an updated, fresh, and approachable website where clients could access their services with a single click and book appointments quickly and easily. Additionally, they wanted to be a reference in the area and therefore needed a page where client reviews could be incorporated and provide useful information to anyone needing dental treatment.
Insight: Clínicas Bocabulari has been caring for their patients' best smiles for many years. Between their two clinics, they have a very complete medical staff covering all dentistry specialties. All of this should be reflected on the website. It must be intuitive, fast, and easy to use—in short, a functional website. It's also proposed to do a photo session with the team to reflect everything the client desires, supporting it with new images.
Planning: A preliminary architecture is drawn up for both content and design that evolves after meetings with the client until reaching the final, desired design. Bocabulari trusts Maco&Co for design, content, and photography, thus making the comprehensive website renovation much easier and communication with the client even smoother.
Impact: Bocabulari's new website has been active since July and continues to receive visits, thus increasing traffic. The content is well optimized and SEO is controlled. Additionally, the FAQs section is very useful as it's one of the most visited, being the space where anyone with questions before contracting a service or treatment can resolve them.
Next steps: From now on, content will be launched both for the new blog that will soon open on the website and for the clinic's social media. This way, the clinic will position itself in search engines organically better and better. Work will also be done to obtain new patient testimonials to have another way to feed the website and keep it always fresh and dynamic.

The best brand doesn't always win — the best-positioned one does. That's where we come in.
