I never suggest anything you don't need.

We start with an initial meeting to get to know you and understand your project in depth. Then I make a diagnosis and outline the strategy. Once approved, we move to implementation: content, messages, planning, publications, pieces or actions according to each case. Throughout the process you have direct communication with me to resolve doubts and make adjustments when you need them.

It depends on the scope. One-off startup projects usually last between 2 and 6 weeks. The MacoPress service, being comprehensive, can extend from 3 or 6 months onwards, depending on your needs and the pace set by the strategy. Communication is not a sprint, it's continuous construction.

Yes, I offer all three options. Fixed packages for more defined services (per project). Fixed prices for one-off and sporadic projects (such as one-shot press releases, events or website creation). Custom budgets when the project requires a broader approach (MacoPress). I seek for the investment to adapt to your objectives without surprises.

I work with invoices and contracts if the client requires it. Payments are made by bank transfer and, depending on the service, can be divided into an initial percentage and another at the end (for fixed and closed packages) or monthly if it's constant support (MacoPress). We make everything clear from day one so you feel safe with the process.
